Closing Documents Introduction

 

Welcome to William Douglas Property Management’s new web portal for ordering and accessing closing documents.  This new service provides you with the ability to order and receive your closing packages online. 

 

If this is your first visit to the new online service, please click the Register for Resale Certificate Login link.  If you have registered for a login and have received your password, please login using your email address and the password to order and download your closing package requests. 

 

If you have previously registered on our site and have forgotten your password, please click on the Forgot Password link and enter your email address.  A new password will be emailed to your email address.  

 

 

 

Registration Page Instructions

 

To order and receive closing packages online, William Douglas Property Management will provide you with a password once your registration request has been approved.  Please complete the fields listed below, including your email address and click the Submit button.  As soon as your registration is approved, you will receive an email with your password.  The email address that you entered on this page is your Login ID.

 

 

 

Closing Documents Page Instructions

 

Once you have logged in, you will have access to the completed closing packages you have ordered.  To access the closing package, click on the Request Date link next to the desired closing package and then click on the link for each document.  You will have access to these documents until the expiration date specified on the screen. 

 

If you need to order a new closing package, click on the New Request Link and follow these steps:

 

  1. Choose the appropriate association from the Association Drop Down list.
  2. Select the desired property address from the Address Drop Down List.
  3. Select the type of package you are ordering.
  4. Click the Select this Address Button
  5. An Order Information form will be displayed.  Complete the following fields on the form:
    1. Buyer Name – enter the buyer’s full name
    2. Title Company File Number – enter the Title Company File Number (if available)
    3. Closing Date – enter the closing date (if actual date not available, enter the estimated closing date)
    4. Expedite Order – if you would like this order expedited, choose yes.  Please note that you will be charged an additional fee for this service as noted on the screen.
  6. The system will list the base price for the package and will list the documents that are included in the basic package. 
  7. If additional documents are available for purchase, the document and its price will be listed in the Optional Content Section.  If you would like to add any of the additional documents to the package, select the appropriate document(s).  The charge for the document(s) will be added to the base price.
  8. To order the requested documents, complete the Payment Information fields and click on the Continue to Step 3 link.
  9. Verify your information on the next page and click the Finish Order Button at the bottom of the page to Submit your order.  Your order will be set to a Pending Status.
  10. Once the closing package has been completed, you will receive an email alerting you that the package is ready.
  11. To obtain your package, login to your account.  To access the documents for the closing packages, click on the Request Date link next to the desired closing package.  To access the documents in your package, click on the link for each document.  You will have access to these documents until the expiration date specified on the screen.
