Welcome to the William Douglas Management Web Portal for Association Members. First time visitors will need to register to pay on-line. Please click on the register button on the left side of the page. Registrations are approved manually throughout the day between 8:30AM-5:00PM during the business week. Registrations after 4:30PM, or during weekends or holidays will be approved the next business day.
By accessing the website, you can:
· File Work Orders for your unit
· Submit ACC requests, if you intend to make a physical change to your property, as well as upload electronic copies of any related documents to the proposed change
· View your current account balance
· View the last 12 months of payment activity under William Douglas Management
· Access a community calendar, so the Board can let the membership know of any upcoming events in the Association
· View any Association documents the Board chooses to publish to the membership
· Respond electronically to violations for your homeowner account
· Make a payment via e-check or credit card. There are NO FEES for paying via e-check, however, credit card payments incur a processing fee. We accept Visa, Discover, Master Card, and American Express.
When creating a recurring E-check payment, you must set it for at least ONE DAY FROM TODAY or it will not start until next month. (i.e. If you set up a recurring payment for the 5th, created on the 5th, it would start the following month.)
